Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional reply and service to the customer
Centralizing the customer inquiry for record-keeping, reviewing existing guidelines and future training
Shift Schedule
You will be working 5 days per week (3 days during the week and 2 days during the weekends).
Roughly, the composition of your task will be as follows:
Claims enquiry - 70%
Claims assessment - 15%
Ad hoc claims project - 15%
The success of this role will be measured by:
Adequately understanding customers' needs
Solving problems / providing appropriate advice to customers professionally
Making suggestions to increase customer satisfaction in every area of Bowtie
About youYou have/are
2+ years of experience in handling claims inquiries (by agents or customers) in an insurance company is a must
Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and English) is a must
Strong problem-solving, flexibility, and good communication skills with customers
Customer-centric
Good PC skills in MS Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint
And, the following qualifications are preferred but not essential
Experience in customer services in an insurance company is preferred
