
Sales & Brand Manager (Skincare products)

- Develop and maintain relationships with key principals and distributors in the skincare and beauty care industry.
- Manage Team Performance: Set individual KPIs for team members and evaluate their achievements through regular assessments.
- Build and expand a network of doctor KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and beauty clinic contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient product listing processes.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Manage sales strategies and develop plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on product knowledge and market positioning.
- Proven experience in a business management or similar role within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong network within the industry, particularly with healthcare professionals and beauty clinics.
- At leaset 5 years of sales and management experience, preferably in the medical aesthetic or skincare industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to manage a sales and marketing team.
- Dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with established brands in the skincare/beauty sector.
