Job SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a talent who is dedicated with experience on key account sales management to join our team in Hong Kong as Manager, Key Account Management (FMCG).As an Manager, Key Account Management (FMCG), you take full accountability of the assigned key accounts to manage the sales portfolio in assigned key accounts with monitoring trade spending and promotion funds. Apart from key account sales management, you will work closely with Trade Marketing Teams on the execution of promotional activities for different product categories.General ResponsibilitiesMonitor the sales portfolio in assigned channels.Plan & execute sales strategy, budget and forecast.Obtain market intelligence and prepare research and analysis.Analyse sales trend and trade spend efficiency to identify sales opportunity.Work with Client Management on promotion plans and ensure execution excellence.Regular tracking on competitors' activities and provide market intelligence to develop agile channel strategy.Manage a small teamJob RequirementsDegree in Business, Marketing or related discipline with at least 3-5 years' experience in FMCG industry with solid connections and working relationships with key retailers across HKKnowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channelsStrong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skillsAmbitious, energetic, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skillsExperience in FMCG buyingKA operation of CVS / Park'n Shop is a plusGood command of both spoken and written English and ChineseWhy its Great to work at DKSHAt DKSH, we are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the ordinary: enriching people's lives.
