
Finance Manager, Hong Kong & China

- Oversee financial accounting, reporting, payroll, and administration across Hong Kong and China
- Deliver commercial support to leadership, including costing reviews and customer profitability analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, tax submissions, and statutory accounts
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management processes
- Act as local sponsor for IT systems and compliance projects
- Manage external audits and internal control standards
- Supervise and develop the regional finance and admin team
- Qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SAGE preferred
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience managing cross-border teams is a plus
