Finance Manager, Hong Kong & China

• Oversee financial accounting, reporting, payroll, and administration across Hong Kong and China
• Deliver commercial support to leadership, including costing reviews and customer profitability analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, tax submissions, and statutory accounts
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management processes
• Act as local sponsor for IT systems and compliance projects
• Manage external audits and internal control standards
• Supervise and develop the regional finance and admin team

• Qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in financial management and reporting
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SAGE preferred
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience managing cross-border teams is a plus
