- Deliver efficient and high quality secretarial support to a Management Executive and administrative support to team members
- Manage diaries and arrange meeting and interview logistics, coordinate and organise departmental meetings and conference calls
- Responsible for ordering of stationery and equipment, liaison with internal and external stakeholders e.g. internal procurement team and external vendors
- Make business travel arrangements, liaise with travel agencies and service providers
- Arrange on/off-boarding of new joiners / leavers
- Arrange expenses claims
- Coordinate team activities, events, meetings
- Diploma Holder or above
- 2 year relevant experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Good in Chinese, English and Mandarin
