If you share in this belief, we invite and encourage you to join us in constructing that future with Inhabit.Job DescriptionExciting opportunity for an energetic and proactive (Assistant) Project Administrator who will be predominantly responsible for data entry and billing to join a hardworking team where you will have the opportunity to develop personal skills that complement the business. Training will be provided.We are looking for someone who is accurate, has a high degree of data entry accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines. Administration or office based experience may be an advantage, but it is not a requirement for the right candidate!The role includes:
  • Registering/updating of projects, documents, database with high accuracy
  • Manage project software and oversee other project related issues
  • Coordinate invoicing/billing for projects on a monthly basis with internal and external clients
  • Generating monthly and yearly project related reports
  • Perform clerical and administrative support to project teams
  • Project forecasting report/WIP report/outstanding invoices report, etc
  • Perform clerical and administrative support to project teams
  • Assist with accounting requirements when necessary
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and assignments upon request
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, business, or related discipline
  • 1 - 3 years working experience in relevant industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word (both English and Chinese)
  • Multilingual communicator both verbal and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese); fluent in Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Self-motivated, independent, meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
  • Analytical mind and good team member
  • Candidates with previous working experience in Construction / Engineering Field would be an added advantage
  • Candidates with more experience could be considered as Project Administrator
