Assist supervisor to conduct system development, planning and design of various I.T. systems
Assure high system availability with proactive performance monitoring
Conduct system evaluation and new mobile applications testing
Handling of complain cases and provide resolution with vendors and service providers
Provide 7x24 emergency support for fast system fault resolutions

Requirements:

Degree, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications
Sound knowledge in Router, Ethernet Switch, Load Balancer, Firewall, Security, Internet Protocols, Network Management tools
Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environment and shell script programming will be an advantage
Good problem solving skill, self-motivated, proactive to learn and able to work independently
Good communications skill in both English and Cantonese
Fresh graduates/candidates with less experience will be considered
