- Provide administrative support to the Faulty/Department for programme-related matters, including student admissions, course coordination, exam arrangements, etc.;
- Assist in organizing academic activities such as professional seminars, workshops, company visits, etc;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, covering documents including proposals, reports, meeting minutes, course syllabi, operational procedures, etc;
- Coordinate meeting logistics (e.g., scheduling, venue preparation) and prepare meeting materials;
- Support general office administration and coordinate inter-departmental communications;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Faculty/Department.
- Hold a bachelor degree or above;
- Possess approximately 2 years of relevant administrative experience, with prior experience in tertiary institutions (colleges/universities) being highly desirable;
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, solid administrative competence, and effective problem-solving abilities; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines;
- Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluent Putonghua communication skills;
- Have proficient computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
