Responsibilities:Formulation and implementation of leasing and tender/ negotiation strategy, to achieve desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenueHandle leasing and tenancy matters including market research, pre-marketing, tender execution, fit-out co-ordination and monitoring of licensees' perfomances etc., to sustain a high quality retail portfolio in HKIADrive and support new projects to continue the growth of HKIA retail business, including marketing, technovation and data analytics initiativesConduct market studies, and pre-marketing activities for Terminal 1 retail portfolioAssist in managing the daily operations of licences and ensure smooth changeover of licencesCoordinate all leasing-related interactions and relationships with both internal and external partnersPerform any ad-hoc duties as requiredQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplinesAt least 6 years' relevant experience in leasing and management of retail assets with sizeable organisationsGood understanding of retail leasing practiceStrong connections with retail brands and F&B operatorsStrong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skillsExcellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
