Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections
Ensure consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections
Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
Proper and tactful handling of guest complaints
Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions
Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
Supervise banquet operations and assist in departmental training
We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum of 4 years work experience in Banquet Operations at prestigious hotels or organization
Sound knowledge of food and beverages and strong sense of market trends
Have Integrity, is trustworthy, dependable, responsible and accountable
Have a keen eye for detail and seek for improvements
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
