- Managing and organizing daily administrative tasks for the department.
- Providing support in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Preparing, formatting, and distributing documents and reports as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense claims processing.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- A diploma or above in business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus but not essential.
