  • Managing and organizing daily administrative tasks for the department.
  • Providing support in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing, formatting, and distributing documents and reports as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and expense claims processing.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Admin Assistant should have:
  • A diploma or above in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus but not essential.
