  • Provide support to overseas finance teams in daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of the overseas finance teams’ reports submission to ensure adherence to accounting standards, group policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports, contributing to the overall financial reporting process.
  • Contribute to the year-end audit process, preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
  • Support finance-related projects, applying financial expertise to improve processes and systems within the finance function.
  • Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments and projects, support the finance team in achieving its objectives.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field, with foundational knowledge in accounting practices and financial reporting.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 experience or a role focused on financial reporting.
  • Pursuit of a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is advantageous, reflecting a commitment to professional growth.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite), enabling efficient financial analysis and reporting.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate financial information effectively.
