- Lead the in-house Strategy team, focusing on corporate strategy and M&A opportunities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, collaborating with the IT team to review current processes, identify pain points, and implement changes.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring they meet the company's objectives.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a problem solver for business units, addressing issues that cannot be resolved at the BU level.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business unit leaders, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong Strategy background in management consulting, with significant in-house experience.
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, and purchasing.
- M&A experience is a bonus.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to senior management and stakeholders.
- Structured-thinking and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of diverse cultural and business practices.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must-have
