As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank's retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Insurance Marketing Manager.Principal responsibilitiesWork collaboratively internally with key business stakeholders on business planning, management and reportingSupport in insurance business plan and strategies and act as the champion for insurance initiatives for branch channel to drive insurance business goalsDevelop and execute insurance channel initiatives to drive insurance business goalsDrive sales boosters and sales engagement initiatives to draw sales focus and build internal awareness for insurance businessFacilitate a smooth and effective communication with sales channels by coordinating regular collaboration meetings/ discussionsSupport presentations/ briefings to sales teams and insurance teams, with tailormade message formulations to different groups of audiencesAssist the team in handling inquiries from channel regarding insurance initiativesRequirementsQualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplineMinimum 2 years of working experience with exposure to banking/ insurance industryKnowledge of insurance product is highly preferredStrong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressureWell versed in MS Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPointProficiency in both English and ChineseGreat sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processesHang Seng is committed to service excellence.
