Pay: HK$24,191 – HK$28,623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist who can thrive in a fast-paced environment to oversee the acquisition of frontline supporting staff in the healthcare industry. This role is pivotal for optimizing recruitment processes, assisting in leading teams, to ensuring proficient collaboration with internal users.
1. Proactively liaise with internal and external parties for end-to-end recruitment service, including but not limited to: liaising with internal users to understand their needs and requirements; posting job advertisements; exploring and managing effective recruitment channels; sourcing quality candidates via creative sources, networks, and any other innovative approaches; screening CVs; conducting interviews, recommending potential candidates, and on-boarding arrangements, etc.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels and keep abreast of market information, employment trends, and industry knowledge.
3. Provide routine and ad hoc support on Recruitment and Appointment-related activities and projects, or other HR functions as required.
4. Assist in supervision and coaching of junior staff.
5. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates with experience.Preferable Attributes/Exposure:
1. Experience and training in Human Resources Management.
2. Hands-on experiences in Recruitment and Appointment in sizable organization would be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel functions (especially vlookup, pivot table, etc.) and hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS) / Taleo System.
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently.Remarks:
