- Actively source for reinsurance business and grow a portfolio of clients in regions such as South East Asia/Latin America.
- Through a structured approach based on customer segmentation to identify reinsurance needs.
- Participate in forward-looking studies by regular market research to better understand the expectations of market participants.
- Actively contribute to R&D efforts to introduce new health and medical solutions for clients.
- Identify opportunities to work with assigned clients by delivering value propositions and acquire business. Strive continually to exceed client expectations.
- Participate in the analysis of the profitability of the allocated portfolio and propose, where appropriate, the corrective measures necessary for the recovery of a business whose profitability is not in line with the requirements of the group.

- Bachelor Degree or above in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or any other numerate degree. An actuarial fellowship is not necessary.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of business development, marketing, product development experience in a life insurer or preferably a reinsurer.
- Familiar with Southeast Asia or Latin America markets.
- Have an established network of clients in these markets with access to decision makers and key influencers.
- In-depth understanding of the mortality, morbidity and medical business.
- Strongly motivated and marketing driven, with established track record in exceeding KPI.
- Excellent command of English.
- Regional travel is required.
