- Be a champion of service and ensure the restaurant consistently hits guest satisfaction targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team

- Meet financial targets through the application of sound and agile business plans
- Work closely with your Head Chef, Director of Operations, and our Marketing team to ensure the restaurant is positioned correctly in the highly competitive local market
- Ensure that the venue adheres to local Health and Safety laws
- Implement effective back-of-house systems and procedures
- Write staff rosters and manage annual leaves and staff absences
- Control the cost of goods by overseeing, maintaining and optimizing stock levels
- A minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant with more than one hundred covers
- Will have managed a large team of staff, both front and back of house
- Have a complete understanding of restaurant finances and be P&L-accountable
- A tangible record of driving sales within a commercial restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathetic people management skills
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility for the whole outlet, while being able to support other properties within the Pirata Group portfolio as required
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
