Oversee daily Restaurant and Bar operations, P&L and manage the team to drive for a motivated different team and achieve business target
Ensure total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the food and service
Ensure to enforce company’s standard and development of staff
Identity the problems encountered in operations, analyze the problems and provide advice and recommendations to top management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness
Cost controlling to identify the appropriate expense; monitor the wastage, breakage and replenishment
Maintain hygiene and safety standard, and compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements

University Degree or Higher Diploma in related disciplines
10 years relevant experience in F&B industry, at least 5 years in multiple outlets operations management
solid experience in Bar operations will be an advantage
Possesses foresight in seeking out business opportunities
Energetic, professional and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation
