Project Co-ordinator II(s)The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) providing executive support for postgraduate programme administration; (b) planning, organising, co-ordinating and executing events, such as information sessions, graduation, and academic activities; (c) developing communications materials for internal and externals use, such as social media content, website, and leaflets; (d) liaising with internal departments and external bodies; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Overtime work may be required.Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably in administration of postgraduate programmes, organizing events and project management; (iii) strategic analytical thinking; (iv) strong communication and interpersonal skills; (v) self-motivation, the ability to work independently and as part of a team; (vi) proficiency in MS Office applications; and (vii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
