Job Functions: Corporate ServicesResponsibilities:Main Responsibilities
- Handle daily property leasing and related marketing works (including Grade A Office)
- Process, analyze property market/ leasing financial performance data and prepare related reports
- Budget preparation and formulate marketing strategies
- Assist in monitoring BMO and the related facility management and project management works, formulate the related facility maintenance and repairing plans
- Assist in preparing internal approval in relation to property leasing and facilities repairing /capital expenses
- Work closely and coordinate with business units / teams to complete tasks/ projects smoothly
- Handle assigned Ad hoc tasks/ projects
- Execute and ensure all assigned tasks/ projects are completed on schedule
- Manage and overview ALL maintenance and facility management role for self owned premises / lease out properties / vacant flats;
- Act as owner's representative to bargain with external parties (such as I/O, management company and government authorities) if needed;
- Attend I/O meeting if needed;
- Follow up and settle BD and / or FSD order (with assist by external consultant and / or FSIC) by the deadline;
- Prepare analytical reports, summary and recommendation on proposed work task; Conduct site inspections and follow up the related repairing and maintenance works
- Degree holder in real estate management, property/ facility management, surveying or related disciplines preferred;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in leasing of properties;
- Having Estate agent’s Licence or Salesperson’s Licence by Estate Agents Authority;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, competent in stakeholder and people management, self-motivated and strong business sense;
- Good command of Chinese and English with excellent analytical, communication and written skills;
- Fluent mandarin is preferred; and
- Excellent in computer applications and PC knowledge and the use of MS Office (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel and Word).
