- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive brand growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audience and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging across various marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
- Oversee brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' brand marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Strong in project management, organizing skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
