
(Senior) Front Desk Agent

- Provide check-in services according to procedures set by the Front Office Manager.
- Monitor daily room sales and be familiar with room locations and hotel facilities.
- Register incoming guests and ensure registration cards are filled out correctly.
- Communicate guest arrivals, room changes, and special arrangements to relevant departments.
- Stay updated on hotel events and functions.
- Record important matters for follow-up in the logbook.
- Handle cashier functions, including check-outs and currency exchanges.
- Assist with reservations and guest requests promptly.
- Previous experience in front office or guest services role is preferred.
- More experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Agent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems.
- Ability to handle cash and reconcile balances accurately.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
