- Support the Department Head with HR and administrative duties.
- Provide reception services, including answering general calls and inquiries, and greeting visitors.
- Offer office administration support, encompassing office procurement, logistics arrangements, office maintenance, and stock management.
- Manage employee leave requests, attendance reports, and HR inquiries.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Assist with any ad hoc assignments as needed.
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline;
- At least 1-year full time working experience in operations / CS / office admin;
- Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office;
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized and responsible;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
