- Meet with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutionsWho you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field is desirable
- At least 6-8 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is an advantageWho we are
