
Supply Chain Coordinator

- Manage the whole purchase order process
- Ensure all PO created in ERP system in timely manner at high accuracy
- Check all invoices thoroughly and ensure accurate data entry of PO in ERP system
- Follow up and coordinate with supplier and different internal departments for shipment of all PO
- Provide administrative support to Supply Chain / Merchandising team
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
- Diploma or above, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 - 2 years or above working experience
- Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and follow tight timeline
- Familiar with MS Office application, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
