We are a well-esteemed eCommcere company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to manage the merchandising process of beauty products.Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the whole purchase order process
  • Ensure all PO created in ERP system in timely manner at high accuracy
  • Check all invoices thoroughly and ensure accurate data entry of PO in ERP system
  • Follow up and coordinate with supplier and different internal departments for shipment of all PO
  • Provide administrative support to Supply Chain / Merchandising team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Diploma or above, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years or above working experience
  • Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented able to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and follow tight timeline
  • Familiar with MS Office application, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
