Work hours: any 5 days from Monday to Sunday, with no less than 40 hours, excluding lunch per week on a shift basisJob Duties:Monitor the reception counters; lead and coordinate the concierge services to provide one-stop experience to visitors.Handle visitors’ enquiries promptly and professionally.Manage the operations of the Art Shop including but not limited to inventory control, opening and closing the shop, managing the full sales cycle, ensuring the accuracy of POS etc.Maintain brand image and ensure VM of the shop in line with the standard.Assist to run the online shop including update the product information, respond to customers, fulfil the orders as well as arrange the delivery.Participate in other venue operations including handle the venue booking enquiries, follow-up hire packages etc. if needed.Prepare reports and assist in other administrative duties.Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.Job Requirements:DSE or above with at least 2 year working experience.Experience in frontline customer services e.g. hospitality, retail, is preferred.Able to work on rostering and perform shift duty.Pleasant, out-going and passionate.Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills.
