Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through prospecting and networking, enhancing sales for events, advertising, and catering to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate in product development to create innovative events that align with market trends and client preferences.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure event bookings and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sold events.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into service offerings.
  • Work with the marketing team to attract and retain clients through targeted promotions and bespoke experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and sales leads.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
  • Be a sports ambassador for the sports centre
Job Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma holder in Business, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in Event Sales, business development and Relationship Management, preferably in private clubs or event agency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
  • Energetic, outgoing, and active
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Required to work shift including holidays
