- Hardware/software setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting
- Provide hardware, software, Database and network support
- Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance
- Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory
- Documentation of network and IT infrastructure
- Follow up ad-hoc taskConduct daily operation tasks such as user support and system maintenance;
Solid experience in Windows, Linux and general office desktop applications;General Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3 years' experience in providing helpdesk / IT support / back office operations;
- Able to work independently
-lesser experience candidates is welcome- Station at our Shenzhen Futian Office (10:00AM-5:30PM Mon-Fri)Good interpersonal and communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a plus;
