And we need your help to get us there!As Public Relations and Communications Executive, you will be part of the Global Marketing Communications team and be responsible for supporting corporate communications and media relations for all external communication channels in Hong Kong, while collaborating with marketing and PR teams across selected markets, to ensure the Lalamove story is told creatively and consistently across the board. You will also be the key gatekeeper and manager for our global website.What you'll do:
  • PR support in Hong Kong
  • Support PR manager in below initiatives:
  • Corporate communications related initiatives including but not limited to executive exposure and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
  • Collaborate with our Hong Kong marketing team to plan and execute communications activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key target media in Hong Kong
  • Manage issues and crises
  • Internal reporting
  • Global website management
  • Website management - Liaise with various internal teams across global functions and local marketing teams to maintain consistency across the board. Provide best practices on website management
  • Manage external vendors to ensure timely updates and maintenance
  • Project management on new site launch - Support new global market launches by managing project timeline, coordinating with internal teams and supervising external vendor
  • Regional market management
  • Oversee PR and content execution in selected markets to ensure consistency across the board. It includes reviewing materials concerning communication messaging/content, brand exposure, media relations, issues management and CSR
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communications deployed by said markets resonates with the Lalamove's target audience
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of PR and content efforts to demonstrate how the effort ties back to the overall business and marketing goals
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, content development and / or related fields
  • Previous experience in basic website management would be a strong advantage. Experience in technology or logistics industries, or communications agencies will be a plus
  • Strong communicator with outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal in English and Chinese
  • Team-player who is highly motivated, proactive and able to fit in a diversified and dynamic working environment
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Public Relations and Communications Executive role
