  • Develop and implement strategic branding and marketing plans for regional markets.
  • Lead marketing operations in Korea, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee product development projects and coordinate successful launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute regional marketing initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing activities for assigned overseas markets.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and support cross-market collaboration.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 6 years of branding experience in a sizable FMCG company; regional experience is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and Korean speaking is a definitely advantage.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for business under normal circumstances.
