- Lead strategic branding and marketing initiatives across North Asia
- Drive product development and market expansion by campaign management.
- Develop and implement strategic branding and marketing plans for regional markets.
- Lead marketing operations in Korea, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee product development projects and coordinate successful launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute regional marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end marketing activities for assigned overseas markets.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and support cross-market collaboration.
- A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 6 years of branding experience in a sizable FMCG company; regional experience is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and Korean speaking is a definitely advantage.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
