- Strategic Brand Planning : Develop a 3-year strategic brand plan and deliver annual brand plans that drive brand equity and channel growth.
- Campaign Development : Lead breakthrough consumer programs across ATL, BTL, and sub-trade channels, including influencer marketing, music, and sports initiatives.
- P&L Ownership : Manage full P&L responsibilities for assigned brands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead a multi-functional team including global/regional brand custodians, agencies, channel marketing, sales, and insights.
- Agency Collaboration : Work with Agency Brand Principal delegates to track brand performance and ensure alignment with annual plans.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Identify business opportunities through in-depth market and competitor trend analysis.
- Research & Insights : Collaborate with the Insight Manager to design and analyze research programs that inform marketing strategies.
- Strategic Reviews : Contribute to the Strategic Brand Review by identifying category opportunities, consumer targets, and innovation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG or alcohol sectors within multinational companies.
- Candidates with less experience may also be considered for the Brand Manager role.

- Creative, innovative, and adaptable to change
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
