- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in branding, PR, or community engagement
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and preferably Mandarin
- Experience in event planning and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in design tools and marketing platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Branding & Media Relations
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all channels
- Liaise with mass media outlets for coverage and publicity
- Monitor media trends and manage media inquiries and press releases
- Promotional Material Development
- Design and produce offline promotional materials such as leaflets, posters, and brochures
- Coordinate with vendors and designers to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the public
- Handle public inquiries and manage reputation-related issues
- Activity & Event Management
- Plan and execute community and corporate programs including exhibitions, talks, and workshops
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless event execution
- Membership & Loyalty Program Management
- Develop and manage membership schemes to enhance user engagement
- Monitor and improve loyalty program performance and user satisfaction
- User Engagement & Dispute Resolution
- Respond to user feedback and inquiries across platforms
- Resolve disputes and ensure a positive user experience.
