• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in branding, PR, or community engagement.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and preferably Mandarin.
• Experience in event planning and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in design tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Develop and maintain brand identity across all channels
• Liaise with mass media outlets for coverage and publicity
• Monitor media trends and manage media inquiries and press releases

• Design and produce offline promotional materials such as leaflets, posters, and brochures
• Coordinate with vendors and designers to ensure timely delivery and quality

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the public
• Handle public inquiries and manage reputation-related issues

• Plan and execute community and corporate programs including exhibitions, talks, and workshops
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless event execution

• Develop and manage membership schemes to enhance user engagement
• Monitor and improve loyalty program performance and user satisfaction

• Respond to user feedback and inquiries across platforms
• Resolve disputes and ensure a positive user experience
