Posting Date: 2025-09-01Law's Charitable FoundationSenior Program OfficerPurpose of the position:The Senior Program Officer is responsible for providing program operations and management support for a variety of projects in both Hong Kong and Mainland China, S/he is expected to work with Team Leader/Manager to oversee the quality implementation of existing programs and launch new, innovative, sustainable and impactful initiatives, in areas of education and/or student wellness development. The scope of the work includes close coordination with counterparts and all stakeholders, including the team, partners, local community and representatives of schools and universities, professionals and other NGOs.Job Responsibilities:To assist the Team Leader/Manager to develop strategic plans for education programs in both Hong Kong and Mainland China;To initiate and execute meaningful projects, events and field visits to promote the work of LCF;To ensure effective project execution, timely monitoring and reporting, evaluating and managing databases;To communicate and liaise with partners on new project initiation, project implementation and monitoring;To plan and manage the communication materials to facilitate the objectives of designated education programs, including story-writing, publication materials;To assist in formulation and review of operation guidelines and policies;To handle tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.Requirement:Degree holder or above with at least 5-years work experience, experience in project management and event coordination will be an advantage;Candidate with less experience will be considered as Program Officer;Share mission of the Foundation and passionate in education or philanthropic sector and strong interest in serving students and the community;Demonstrated tracked record in organizing educational or student-related activities and programs;Cross cultural experience, sensitive and understanding of the China context;Team oriented and a good leader. Mature, organized and with excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills;Self-starter, innovative and motivated by having opportunities in serving children in need through Education;Demonstrated ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder engagement;Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficiency in Putonghua is a must;Competent in Microsoft Office and common software;Weekend and after office hour work may be required;Must be willing to travel to China and other countries as necessary.If you enjoy working in a small yet dynamic and passionate team with an aim to create impactful educational programs in Hong Kong and Mainland China, welcome to apply and join us!Interested parties please send full resume with current and expected salary by clicking “Apply Now”.
