  • Degree in Architecture or Construction related disciplines.
  • Registered Architect or Authorized Person would be advantageous.
  • At least 12 years of local experience in handling sizeable new, A&A or interior fitting out projects with property developers or consultant firms.
  • At least 5 years of working in sizeable local developer would be advantageous.
  • Must have good knowledge on the codes and regulations applicable to development control in Hong Kong, especially those related to alteration /addition works, change of use of buildings
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must have uncompromising integrity and good communicate skills
