The RoleAs a Phenomenal Project Manager in Interspace, you will work with our Directors to organize, manage, and build amazing workplace interiors for our demanding clients. You will also communicate frequently with our sub-contractors, Site Supervisors, and designers to ensure that we stay on budget, on time, with top quality workmanship and safety. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our project delivery exceeds every metric for client satisfaction and profitability for our company.You will have full exposure to all aspects of the design and build process and have the opportunity to progress to a Senior Project Manager role or even become a Project Director in our team. Our cutting-edge "co-working studio" is the perfect place to develop your career and shape the future growth of our practice.The PackageSalary: Subject to negotiation, depending on your experience and abilityRaises/Promotions: Assessed by the Directors on your employment anniversaryBonus: Performance-based (company + individual)Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMAnnual Leave: 12 days (same for everyone in Interspace)Company Holidays: Standard "Bank Holidays" (i.e. General Holidays)The Hard PartDo you have what it takes to join our team?1 - You graduated from a university-level program with a bachelor's degree in a related field and you have at least 3 full years experience working as a PM (and not less than 8 years relevant experience in total) in the Design & Build Industry in Hong Kong handling office fitting out acting as a main contractor ( managing sub-contractors ). Exceptional candidates without degrees will still be considered. If you don't have sufficient experience, you may be offered an interview for Assistant Project Manager.2 - You can communicate in English and Cantonese confidently in both spoken and written forms.3 - You have plenty of practical experience using Microsoft Project or any cloud-based project management application in a team/collaborative environment (there are no solo warriors here).4 - You are an over achiever with above-average intelligence and a highly creative approach to problem solving.5 - You ask questions constantly and aren't afraid to defend your belief/position, but you can also accept when you're wrong and learn from it!If you can say "yes" to all five of the qualifications above, then Apply now for a chance to interview and visit our amazing studio!Please note: We are interested in serious, dedicated applicants only.
