The RoleAs an Amazing Assistant Project Manager (or Perfect Project Coordinator ) in Interspace, you will work with our Project Team to organize, manage, and build workplace interiors for our demanding clients. You will act as the support for our Project Managers and Designers. You will communicate frequently with our sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that we have ordered all necessary works and materials to deliver our projects under budget, on time, with top quality workmanship and safety. You will be adaptable and willing to put in consistent effort regardless of the task, and you will take ownership of your responsibilities, exceeding our expectations every day.You will have full exposure to all aspects of the design and build process and have the opportunity to progress to a Project Manager role in our team. Our cutting-edge studio is the perfect place to learn everything about the design and build process and to develop your career in our practice.The PackageSalary: up to HK$34,000/month (for APM level), depending on your experience and abilityRaises/Promotions: Assessed by the Directors on your employment anniversaryBonus: Performance-based (company + individual)Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMAnnual Leave: 12 days (same for everyone in Interspace)Company Holidays: Standard "Bank Holidays" (i.e. General Holidays)The Hard PartDo you have what it takes to join our team?1 - You graduated from a university-level program with a bachelor's degree in a related field and you have at least 3 years experience working in the Design & Build Industry in Hong Kong. Exceptional candidates without degrees will still be considered. If you don't have enough experience, you might still qualify as a Project Coordinator.2 - You can communicate in English and Cantonese confidently and you can read and write both English and Traditional Chinese. Your conversational English should be at a near-native level (highly fluent) as you will need to interact with our English-speaking teammates and clients. It would be adventageous if you could also communicate in Mandarin. You must be physically present in Hong Kong and available to interview in person on short notice. Your submitted resume/CV must be in English with a detailed work and educational history included.3 - You have plenty of practical experience creating Gantt charts for project schedules and using cloud-based collaboration tools, and you should have a basic understanding of the steps of work required in an interior fit out project. Our work involves regular use of all Google Apps (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Chat) and schedule development with MS Project.4 - You are an over achiever with above-average intelligence and a highly creative approach to problem solving.
