- Build and implement shopper marketing strategies (distribution, pricing, promotion, merchandising) tailored to different channels.
- Identify growth opportunities and address challenges to meet commercial objectives.
- Lead planning and execution of in-store visibility, pricing, and promotional activities aligned with brand and channel strategies.
- Translate shopper insights into impactful in-store executions and promotions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of trade plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Analyze shopper and customer data (e.g., NielsenIQ, market research) to generate actionable insights and category recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs, ROI, and market share targets.
- Ensure budget discipline and optimize ROI on trade investments.
- Adjust plans based on market share performance to achieve business targets.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in trade/shopper marketing, preferably in FMCG, Food or Nutrition.
- Proven track record in developing and executing trade marketing plans with measurable success.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using market data (e.g., NielsenIQ).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Resilient, agile, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
