Assist CAP in
1) Providing IT support for the development of new e-Learning corners for core grades, and managing all office IT equipment;
2) Developing and updating the Putting our Hearts into it Portal, Voluntary Work Portal including the 15th National Games, Staff Motivation Scheme Portal, Integrity Management Portal, National Studies Portal, Training and Development Portal, etc.;
3) Providing technical support for online systems, e.g. study leave application system, Training Administration System (TAS), Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS), Departmental Inventory System (DIS),etc.,
4) Managing all TD staff training records, generating all grades&;#8217; training reports for supporting the Training and Development Committee Meetings, and generating all TD staff training records for supporting the preparation of target lists for different training programmes and activities;
5) Implementing the customised system associated with Government Human Resources Management System (GovHRMS) and GovHRMS migration, etc.;
6) All multi-media work, art-work designs and editing tasks for the publication of TD e-Newsletter, videos and e-album.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0

Requirements 1) Relevant Experience as stated in the job description; and
2) Good communication skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting (ASP);
. At least 2 years' experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM);
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. 1 year's experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
