We are looking for Administrative Assistant to support administration department and daily operations in office.Responsibilities:
  • Handle courier arrangements, distribution of office materials
  • Provide administrative support to team includes data entry, photocopying, filing, and other administration duties
  • Assist communication with clients and authorities
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder
  • 3 years related work experience is preferred.
  • Well organised, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel & Word
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
