  • Managing the front desk and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Handling mail, courier services, and other correspondence tasks.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are well-prepared.
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area at all times.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the secretarial team as needed.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a courteous manner.
  • Providing ad hoc support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Receptionist should have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A professional demeanour and polished appearance.
  • Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
