- Coordinate meeting room usage and assist in organizing internal meetings to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and distribute newspapers, publications, and couriers.
- Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for replenishment when necessary.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Provide general administrative support to departments as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; familiarity with business etiquette is a plus.
- Proficient in office software; strong communication skills; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, with a warm personality and strong team spirit.
