  • Coordinate meeting room usage and assist in organizing internal meetings to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and distribute newspapers, publications, and couriers.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for replenishment when necessary.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Provide general administrative support to departments as needed.
Requirements: * Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; familiarity with business etiquette is a plus.
  • Proficient in office software; strong communication skills; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, with a warm personality and strong team spirit.
