- Provide all-rounded reception and administrative services;
- Maintain and monitor fixed asset records, telephone system and office supplies inventories;
- Perform general office administrative and logistics services, including office equipment regular checking and maintenance, office equipment supply procurement, fix asset management;
- Provide administrative support to managers and assist in ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
- At least 1 years’ solid working experience in office administration
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Work independently, responsible, self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented
- Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
