- Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and maintain the guest services level.
- Prepare GRP/FITs room assignment and blocking; ensure proper room allocation is being exercise to fulfill the guest needs and requests.
- Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services team and trainees.
- Maximize the daily room occupancy and revenue.
- Amend the up-sell package base on market trend and customer’s needs.
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in opera system, Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
