The Perkin Hotel is a 50 rooms stylish boutique hotel built on the ideals of a sumptuous night’s sleep and sensible prices, and catering to travelers who crave the privacy, fun, and easy-going adventure that conventional cookie-cutter hotels rarely offer.Responsibilities
  • Provide front of the house guest services which include room registration & cashiering, responding to guest inquiries, questions and providing information.
  • Ensure customer service standards are delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of Oasis PMS System is preferred
