  • Oversee and handle front desk operation during overnight time with regular overnight shift;
  • Report to Duty Manager if any abnormal situation is found;
  • Perform lobby reception duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquires, and cashier ;
  • Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
  • Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
  • Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis;
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in hotel industry.
  • Possess higher diploma or above of hospitality / hotel major.
  • Independent & confident to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills ; &
  • Additional language would be an advantage.
