- Define and execute long-term & short-term sales & trade strategies of total off-trade channels (i.e. Key accounts, General Trade & Wholesalers) that are in line with business requirements and customers vision
- Lead the off-trade sales teams to deliver agreed business targets/KPIs, included and not limited to day to day pricing, account activities planning, negotiation, implementation, as well as account planning and trading terms negotiation
- Elevate customer relationship including joint business planning and key customer engagement
- Closely collaborate with multiple internal peers (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) and brand principles to ensure alignment of channel & shopper strategies, as well as in-market executions
- Prepare business review and presentation with customers in regular basis
- Be responsible for team coaching, career development and succession planning
- Bachelor's degree, preferably business related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in all rounded sales management experience in FMCG industry managed multiple brands in off-trade, experience in beverages is a plus
- Proven successful track record in achieving business KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Result-oriented and commercial-savvy with solid experience directly managing major key accounts and general trade in Hong Kong
- Strategic business thinker and thought leader with strong leadership competence, data-driven and agile
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with excellent communication and presentation skills.
