- 文憑或同等學歷資格
- 在日式餐廳擁有至少10年相關工作經驗,其中至少有6年主管級經驗
- 對餐飲業和日式菜有熱誠,並豐有責任感
- 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
- 良好粵語、普通話及英語
- 良好的團隊合作精神和在壓力下工作的能力
- 強大的領導技能和解決問題的能力
- 擅長做決策,具靈活性和分析能力

- Responsible for daily operation of the restaurant
- Good understanding in the contents of menu, and provide recommendations to customers when required
- Maximize customers’ satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service in a competent and professional manner
- Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene, and work safety issues
- Manage inventory level, movement, and delivery schedule regularly
- Formulate, execute, and review standards for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
- Lead, supervisor and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development
- Diploma or equivalent education qualification
- At least 10 years relevant working experience at a Japanese restaurant with at least 6 years’ experience in supervisory level
- Responsible and passionate in catering service and Japanese cuisines
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills & problem-solving skills
- Good in decision-making, flexibility, and analytical skills
- Wine and sake experience is a plus
