About Our ClientOur client is a listed company in Hong Kong with a mixed industry background.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the C-suite, you will serve as a strategic partner in driving HR initiatives that support the company's evolving business priorities. This role encompasses full-spectrum HR leadership-from overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development, to ensuring robust employee relations and compliance with employment regulations. You will design and implement programs that enhance engagement, retention, and performance, while advising senior executives on high-level HR strategy. A key part of your remit will include developing training frameworks, analyzing workforce data, and producing actionable insights through HR reporting. As the company expands into new business streams, you will be relied upon to deliver expert guidance on market trends, workforce planning, budgeting, and bonus structuring-ensuring HR remains a proactive force in shaping sustainable growth.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a Degree Holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with proven experience in HR management, ideally within the property development/ engineering/construction sector with a mix of financial services background. They must possess a deep understanding of Hong Kong's employment regulations and labor laws, coupled with strong leadership and sound decision-making capabilities. The role demands agility in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, as well as a track record of designing and executing effective HR strategies. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to foster collaboration across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Candidates need to be strong in numbers and HR reporting.
