- Handle full set of accountings and assist in month-end accounts for each of the properties
- Perform the new accounting system (FlexSystem) implementation
- Liaise with incorporated owners, tenants and landlords from time to time on the property accounts
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Holder of Diploma or LCCI level, majoring in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the property management field
- Proven experience in successful systems implementation
- Able to work independently, and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
